Products Description
We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. However, the color of the product on your screen may differ from the actual product due to variations in monitor settings or differences between production batches. If a product does not match its description or is sent incorrectly, your sole remedy is to return the unused product. For details, please refer to our "Return & Exchange Policy."
Shipping Policy
Shipping for products purchased on maxcandles.eu is handled exclusively by courier companies. Shipping costs, which are determined based on the weight and size of the order, are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the total price of the products before completing the order.
Order processing may take up to 5 working days before shipment.
Each order will receive a tracking number upon shipment. Once the order is with the courier company, they are responsible for delivery and delivery times. You can track your shipment on the courier’s website.
Payment methods
Payments for products on maxcandles.eu can be made online. For "Online by Bank Card" payments, you will be required to enter your card details on a secure payment processor page.
Payments by Visa and Mastercard (Visa/Visa Electron and Mastercard/Maestro) are processed through the "3-D Secure" system, which ensures the same level of security as ATMs or in-store transactions.
The "3-D Secure" system ensures that your card information is not stored or transferred through our or the payment processor’s servers but is directly entered into Visa and MasterCard systems.
Return & Exchange Policy
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, as stipulated in art. 13 paragraph (3) and art. 14 of O.U.G No. 34/2014, without incurring additional costs except those outlined in the legislation.
Customers who are dissatisfied with their purchase can return the product or exchange it for another item of equal value, following the terms below.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except when an incorrect or defective product is sent. Minor variations due to manufacturing are not considered defects.
Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, instructions, and packaging materials, within 14 working days of receipt.
The returned product should be in the same condition as delivered, with its label, original packaging, and accompanying delivery documents. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned product.
For exchanges, the new order will be processed and shipped within 72 hours of receiving the returned product. Any price differences will be refunded within 30 days of the return.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer in all cases.
The right to cancel a purchase applies only to individual consumers.

Risk Of Loss
All products purchased are subject to a transport contract. We assume responsibility for any loss of packages and will replace the product(s) upon receipt of a loss confirmation from the courier company. With the proper documentation, you cannot claim damages or interest.

MAXHOLDING S.R.L. will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Romania.
